Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Let's Quest subscription at any time. Cancellation options are available:

  • Within the Let's Quest app under Account Settings
  • By contacting our support team at dontocher@gmail.com

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

2. Refunds

We want you to be happy with Let's Quest. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Participants: The Service is free for Participants. No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.
  • Quest Creators — within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 7 days of your first charge.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we review each request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Free tier: Quest Creators using the free Starter tier (1 quest per month) are never charged.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of the charge

We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at dontocher@gmail.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
