By accessing or using the Let's Quest application and website (the "Service"), operated by Let's Quest LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Let's Quest is a mobile adventure platform that transforms everyday places into interactive experiences. Businesses ("Quest Creators") create Quests — fun, engaging challenges that drive real-world foot traffic and customer engagement. Users ("Participants") explore their community, complete activities, earn rewards, and unlock achievements. The Service is available as a mobile application and companion website.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Pricing, Subscription, and Payments

  • Participants: The Service is free for Participants. No payment is required to browse, join, or complete quests.
  • Quest Creators — Starter: Quest Creators may create 1 quest per month at no cost.
  • Quest Creators — Pro: Unlimited quest creation is available for $20 USD per month.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Create accounts using automated means

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Let's Quest LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Quest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Let's Quest LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
